Home care provided by Southeastern Wake Adult Day Center is supportive care delivered in the home by professional caregivers. Home care addresses activities of daily living (ADLs) and is vital for frail or disabled adults who have the desire to remain independent and live at home.

Southeastern Wake Adult Day Center’s home care services are offered by licensed, trained, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act. The Registered Nurse works with the client and their medical providers to develop a daily plan of care for the CNA to follow while in the home.
